Building Dream Homes
Six weeks was all we had to transform this Airbnb property. The home had a ton of potential with guests already booked in, so we were under the pump from day one. We literally started in mud and the back of this section just never dried out, but we didn't let the weather slow us down.
We pushed the main walls out 2 meters and added large sliding doors to bring in natural light. Now the owners have a bright open-plan living area that flows out onto the massive deck space. Lots of new planting went into the new garden, along with a path laid for wheelchair access from the front of the house.
We finished the job with two hours to spare before the first guess arrived, and the stunning results were even better than any of us envisioned.
